People shelter in Majorca

Individuals displaced by the flood have been taking shelter in sports activities centres in Manacor

World primary Rafael Nadal has helped flood victims in his native Majorca, opening up his tennis academy on the island to the homeless and serving to to clear mud and water.

Video on Spanish newspaper AS confirmed the 32-year-old with a brush in hand as he joined the clean-up effort.
